YOU TALK ABOUT "THE FENG SHUI LIFE." WHAT IS IT, AND HOW DO WE GET IT?
Feng Shui means wind and water - what we see and what we don't see. Chi is the life force energy. Chi should be like a river, flowing. So, it's about finding the chi dance of balance in your life... Of course not everything will be perfectly in balance all the time. It's about top burner/back burner. We can't forget about the back burner-stuff.
YOU'RE BILLED AS THE HOUSE WHISPERER. DO YOU ACTUALLY TALK TO HOUSES-AND DO THEY TALK BACK?
In feng shui, everything is alive, everything is connected, everything is changing. Houses are alive. I go in and do feng shui on a space, then I do energy work. I go through the house with incense and do little prayers and talk to the house. I use my Balinese bell to break up the energy and wake up the space. And if I'm quiet, (the house) talks to me. Now chatting here means I'm getting impressions and feelings, sometimes phrases or words, a message the house is trying to tell its owners. Sometimes they tell me they're really happy. Sometimes they tell me they're sad.
When I do real estate, houses are usually pretty chatty. When a house doesn't know who's living in it, it can be really sad. The house isn't loved. When the furniture is there, but the people are not, it can be confusing. (Prospective buyers) come in and they don't have that loved feeling...
